In the interest of keeping healthy and fit, Director of Rowing, Simon Moore (who is also a qualified physiotherapist and has many years experience in the health and wellness industry),  will be posting a progressive training program for two groups:

  1. The couch potato who loves sport but hasn’t done a push up in 5 years.
  2. The young buck athlete who wants to get fitter and stronger, specifically for the sport of rowing.

The program for the younger athlete will be divided into beginner and advanced.
