So 6 weeks down into the program and our bodies should be well adapted to the program and feeling good. You should feel stronger and fitter than you did 6 weeks ago. You should have a “ new normal”.

Therefore it is important to keep things ticking over at this level but with not too much increase in the stimulus. Therefore only a few minor additions have been made- please see highlighted in yellow the changes that will apply for the next 2 weeks.

Please note that this program has been designed assuming you have been following it from the beginning ( 24 July 2020).
