So 2 weeks down into the program and our bodies should have started to adapt to the program. Your body will be making physiological changes at a cellular level and the muscular, respiratory and nervous systems will require increasingly demanding stimulus over time in order to maintain and progress the changes in fitness. Therefore it is time to step it up slightly- please see highlighted in yellow the changes that will apply for the next 2 weeks.
