When I learnt there is no 1st Eight boat at Jeppe I sent a Facebook message to my old crew and other oarsmen from my time at Jeppe. The initial idea was to start an 88 club, with an monthly donation of R88-00 from us to the Club for the purpose of procuring a First 8 boat. Greg Le Roux and I started to communicate on the subject and a way forward, and so Jeppe Boats and Blades was born. If you have not done so already, I am now challenging you as a Jeppe Oarsman to put your hand up and contribute to the future of Jeppe Rowing Club, while staying involved with this great Club which crystallized you into the remarkable person you are today. Follow HERE to pull together for GOLD, then challenge your crew members to do the same. Jeppe Boats and Blades Copyright © 2020 Jeppe Boats and Blades, All rights reserved.
